“Plethoric Flight” by Melissa Matamoros Madrigal takes us to a place where everything happens at the same time. Privileged to live in direct contact with nature, on the slopes of Cerro Chirripó, the bird catwalk that daily visits her patio invites you to represent them. It is here, where Matamoros Madrigal adds several elements that make her work stand out: on the one hand, artistic maturity and technical mastery which allows her to easily achieve that representation and on the other hand, the intention of saturating her paintings with characters, giving them a surreal style with which she achieves an atmosphere that defies nature.
